Optoglass: blue over gold

“Optoglass” is a nanoimprinted photonic material made by a layered transparent polymer over silver or gold. The square in the middle is the same polymer, but with a photonic nanostructure that changes its light properties. Fabricated at the ICMAB Nanophotonics Group with soft nanoimprint lithography, a promising approach for satisfying the need for large area, low-cost fabrication of light management systems.
